He was born in Chisinau on 30 May 1950. Her parents are doctors and worked at the Republican Psychiatric Hospital. At the age of 15 she started to be interested in photography and for many years photography became the meaning of her creative life. After graduating from school in 1967, she began working for Moldovan television as a sound operator, then cameraman. After graduating from the Institute of Theatre, Music and Cinematography in 1981 in St. Petersburg (RUSS) he became a documentary film director at the Telefilm-Chișinău studio. By chance he worked with director Emil Loteanu on the film “Luceafărul”. In 2023 he participated with great success with his works in the International Salon “Via, vinul și bucuria de trăi”, where he won the Carol Pop de Szathmári – Szathmári Pap Károly plaque, and in 2024 the second prize at the International Photography Contest entitled “Ce te legeni. codrule ? Also in 2024 he became a creative member of the International Association “Euro Foto Art”, based in Oradea.
