GRADUATES’ PHOTO COURSE EXHIBITION OPENING CEREMONY IN BOTFLAVA (UA)
The International Association “Euro Foto Art” (AIEFA), an individual member of the International Federation of Photographic Art (FIAP), recognized by UNESCO, recently organized three special opening ceremonies in Ukraine and Hungary. The first opening took place on Sunday at 11:00 AM in the presence of a large audience in the event hall of the Reformed Church Parish in Botfalva (UA). Four representatives of AIEFA participated in the opening, led by its president, the photographer artist Ștefan Tóth István AFIAP, ESFIAP. On the walls of the event hall, 23 large-scale photographs were displayed, made from the works of the graduates of the online photography technique and art course organized by AIEFA, attended by 9 graduates from Serbia, Romania, Ukraine, and Hungary. The audience present at the event was greeted by Reformed priest Dorina Doban, a creative member of AIEFA and KMFT, who expressed gratitude for the opportunity given to photography enthusiasts in Subcarpathia to participate free of charge in the course organized within the “Euro Photo Art” Academy, as well as for the graduates’ exhibition brought to Botfalva. The AIEFA president thanked the students from Subcarpathia for participating in the course, stating: “This course remains a special memory for me due to the dedication and commitment of the three students with small children, who continued the online classes after work, often with their child in their arms. I also appreciate the technical and artistic level of the exam works, which were photographed individually at the end of the week.” In his speech, the AIEFA president also announced that the International Association wants to make Easter happier for the parishioners of the Reformed Church in Botfalva (UA), for which it has started collecting monetary donations. Donations are still being accepted at the PayPal address [email protected] or in the bank account: RO95 BACX 0000 0002 1122 6001, opened at UniCredit Bank Oradea. At the end of the event, graduation certificates were handed out to the students from Subcarpathia: Halamba Vivien, Torma Gergely, and Vashkeba Alexandra, and Easter figurines and candies were given as gifts to the children present.

The International Association “Euro Foto Art” (AIEFA) has proposed to organize this year in partnership with Summit Agro Romania the first two online courses of initiation in photographic art and technique within Euro Photo Academy.
Romanian-speaking photography lovers from Serbia, Romania, Ukraine and Hungary were invited to participate in the first Romanian language course free of charge. It is regrettable that despite the fact that Romanian photography lovers from the cities of Vârșeți (SRB), Slatina (UA), Giula (HU) were invited to attend the course free of charge, the interest was below expectations, which is why the start of the course was postponed. The Hungarian language course was attended by 9 participants from Serbia, Romania, Ukraine and Hungary. The course discussed topics and themes related to the history of photography, techniques of analog, digital and smart phone photography, which is more easily accessible to all of us nowadays. Special emphasis was placed on issues related to the realization of artistic photography, such as visual and color composition, genres of photographic art, aesthetics of the image or creativity of photographers. The course exemplified and analyzed hundreds of images taken by great photographers of the world. Each student participated in individual creative trips, and the most successful images made on these occasions will be presented in two exam exhibitions organized in Botlfalva (UA) and Oradea (RO). The first exhibition will take place on Sunday, March 30, 2025, at 12:00 in the Community Hall of the Reformed Church in Botlfalva (UA) in the presence of the parishioners of the local Reformed Church.
